Ballard Elks Lodge #827 has received a $3,000 Gratitude Grant in the name of Literacy Source. The funds will be used to help us reach and serve over 500 immigrant, refugee, and native-born adults for whom learning basic language and math skills is a direct pathway to achieving increased economic and family security, and improved quality of life.
