Please take the time to report your volunteer time, miles and contributions so we can properly record our efforts to the National Elks Organization.

Please report any time you have spent volunteering at the Ballard Elks Lodge.  Being a greeter or food runner, serving at membership dinners, folding Antlers, watching the door during events, helping at the car show, etc. – all are eligible for reporting. Simply attending an event is not considered volunteer time.  If you are sent to the store to get something report your miles driven (but not your miles driven to lodge that day to volunteer.).

We report our volunteer hours each month to Grand Lodge, so do not backdate your hours any further than the current month.
