
The Ballard Elks Lodge Hall (used by members for Lodge meetings) has been host to weddings, reunions, meetings, memorials and charity events for over 50 years. You must be an Elks member or have a member sponsor you to rent our Lodge Hall. Included in the Lodge Hall Rental:
- The Lodge Hall is on the second floor and features a full wall of windows providing a panoramic vista of Shilshole Bay and Salmon Bay which leads to the entrance to the locks. Enjoy epic views of the Olympic Mountains and Bainbridge Island.

- Small conference room to use for storage or other needs
- Capacity of 230
- Tables and chairs to accommodate up to 230 guests
- Six-hour rental period with option to purchase extra hours (up until 12am)
- P/A system with iPod hook-ups
- Microphone

- Projector & Screen
- Small kitchenette with 2 refrigerators
- Elevator Access
- Loading and unloading area
- Parking for 200
- One-hour unrestricted access to space for wedding rehearsal
Also Available – Sky Lounge
The Sky Lounge is used for our upstairs Social Quarters. It can only be reserved 60 days in advance and is not always available. Please inquire regarding availability and what’s included in the rental. Rental rates are listed below.

How to Reserve the Upstairs Event Spaces
- You must be an Elks member or have an Elks member as sponsor to rent our Hall.
- All bar and beverage services provided by the Ballard Elks. You cannot bring in your own beverages.
