Sunset Bay Lodge is what we call our lower-level lodge space that is available for event rentals to members and the general public. With breathtaking views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains it is a beautiful and flexible setting ideal for events of all types and sizes.
The space offers two unique indoor/outdoor event areas with seaside patios and lawns. For large events, they can be combined into one multi-use venue that can accommodate up to 600 guests. A full venue for weddings allows room for a ceremony, cocktail reception, plated or buffet dinner, dance floor and more. Or if your event is smaller, consider using just half of the space — either our Club Room or our Banquet room. Read below for the features and benefits of each space!
Club Room:
- Maximum capacity – up to 200 standing, 100 seated
- Indoor Features: Built-in stage, private built-in service bar, and integrated sound system
- Outdoor Features: Covered patio, lower waterfront patio and beach and water view Main Lawn”
Banquet Room:
- Recommended capacity – from 50 up to 250 guests
- Maximum capacity – up to 400 standing, 250 seated
- Indoor Features: Private built-in service bar, split level flooring, and large windows with a breathtaking and unobstructed water view
- Outdoor Features: Corner waterfront patio terrace and westward Olympic mountains facing “Point Lawn”
Rental Details:
